Overview:

Responsible for Managing/leading the product design team for Recruiting Experiences. RX team supports external Candidate and Alumni facing portals, Internal facing tools for Recruiters, Sourcers and Employees partaking in recruiting activities across Meta.

This includes products such as candidate portals, custom built ATS/CRM tools, Interview facilitation tools and other various tools supporting employee engagement programs.
